- Please be aware that body butters can melt in extreme temperatures due to their whipped-like texture, therefore, it is possible for body butters to melt during shipping. NOIA Wholistics will take great care in packaging our products. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace melted body butters. If your body butter does melt during shipping, understand that no benefits will be lost, and your skin will still reap its goodness.
- Do not allow any water to enter into the body butters. Because this product does not contain water as an ingredient, no preservative is needed. Introducing any water content will cause bacteria growth. Do not store or use the body butters inside the shower to avoid steam and wet fingers from entering the containers.
