Suggested Use:
Step 1: Use 1-1.5 tsp of Hibiscus per 6 to 8 ounces of water
Step 2: Boil water and allow Hibiscus to steep for 5-10 minutes
For a refreshing iced tea, follow the suggested use. After steeping the Hibiscus, allow the herbal tea to cool to room temperature or place in the refrigerator. You can also add to your favorite smoothie.
Recommended: add fresh lime or lemon, and raw unfiltered honey for sweetness, if desired. Add agave if you do not prefer honey.
