As part of our custom redesign, we recently discovered a sizing discrepancy with our new packaging. While the pouches state a net weight of 3.5 ounces for each, the pouches currently hold approximately 2.25-2.40 ounces due to a packaging error during manufacturing.
To ensure you receive the full value of your purchase, we've increased the quantity of the product in each order at no extra cost. The new quantity has been updated to reflect those changes.
We are working with our supplier to produce new packaging for our next purchase order that accurately reflects the product weight. However, after discussing the sizing discrepancies, we decided to keep the current size of the pouches (approx. 2.25-2.40 ounces). We are excited to announce that once the new pouches are produced with the correct net weight listed, the Pre-Poo Pops will be TSA compliant for carry-on bags, making them perfect for travel and on-the-go convenience.

STEP 1: Scalp Cleanser

Orders come with an applicator bottle and conditioning caps.
How To Use:
1. Rinse hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water and part hair into 4 to 6 sections using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Apply the Scalp Cleanser directly to the scalp and gently use your fingertips to massage while cleansing. Rinse and repeat as needed. Store in refrigerator upon arrival (when not in use).
2. Keeping hair into sections, apply the Detangler to the hair strands, one section at a time - use your fingers only, please do not use a comb until after step 3 is completed unless you are not applying step 3. Store in the refrigerator upon arrival (when not in use).
3. Keeping hair into sections, apply the Oil Treatment to the hair strands, one section at a time using your fingers only. It is recommended to cover hair with a conditioning cap and allow the detangler time to penetrate the hair strands for 30 to 45 minutes before using a wide-tooth comb to detangle. After detangling, rinse with lukewarm water and follow up with a deep conditioner.
Recommended Amount:
- Short-length hair: use ½ to 1 pop
- Medium-length hair: use 2 to 2 ½ pops
- Long-length hair: use 3 to 4 pops
*The amount needed will depend on the fullness and thickness of your hair, and your specific hair needs. It is recommended to purchase the Application Kit that includes an application bottle, conditioning caps, and a 2 oz glass bottle for the oil treatment if you desire to warm the oil blend.

Pre-Poo Pops are handcrafted in small batches to maintain freshness and quality. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Check spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your primary folder. Please track your package closely. Immediately store the pops (Steps 1 & 2) in the refrigerator upon receiving them, this includes any leftovers after application. Step 3 can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
